There is no doubt I have and would continue to recommend Christiansen Insurance Services agency to all my acquaintances. Mark is very thorough explaining different plans; but the most important thing to me is if you have a problem or question he is Johnny on the spot. He will find or help you get answers as soon as possible. Definitely a 5-star company!

 It is so confusing when you turn Medicare age: Part A, Part B etc. what is best for me? What covers my prescriptions? What’s the best plan for me? It was extremely stressful.  Turning 65 is not for sissies when one contemplates Medicare and supplemental health insurance, especially when one has a pre-existing condition of type 1 diabetes as I have. Mark Christiansen took his time with my wife and me. He explained things exceedingly well. He was and still is available by phone, text or email. We were and are extremely pleased with our coverage and Mark's support.
